Whoa, almost forgot posting this! Amazing box set featuring their legendary performance at the Brixton Academy in 1996 on dvd. Complete w/ the decoupage kit and what not. Very kool magnetic lock on the box itself.

Pioneer Brigade! The SA-508 Amplifier + CT-F500 Cassette Deck
Fick hem min grymma transistorstärkare Pioneer SA-508, och ja, vad ska man säga. SATAN i gatjäveln vilket ljud! Skillnaden var som natt och dag mellan Pioneer SA-508 och min gamla Technics SU-V500.
Vilket underbart mellanregister och jeez, för att inte ens nämna otroliga basen. Fantastiskt kraftfullt ljud t.o.m. på tveksamma kassettbandsformatet, pluggade så in skivspelaren - en REGA RP1 - och BAM, vilket ljud. Jo, man är väl lätt betuttad nu.Mycket vacker belysning från den digitala VU-mätaren as well.
Och ja, SA-508:an TUNG - väger hela 6.9 kg.
Båda byggen är från den gyllene året 1978. Kommer såklart bli hur grymt som helst att slänga på plattan "The Wall" med Pink Floyd från samma era (visserligen 1979).

Got myself the legendary and super kick ass Pioneer SA-508 amplifier built in 1978 (just like the CT-F500 below) - VERY thrilled about this! Highest quality all through.

Oh sweet lord, got my awesome cassette deck in the mail a couple a' days ago. This one's one of the best; Pioneer CT-F500 built in 1978 and still in absolute flawless condition, like new!
I've really missed that kind of silence that can only occur when a side of the tape has come to it's end, with the snap of the stop button.
It sounds freakin' awesome together with my Technics amplifies, and I just had to crank up "Master of Reality" by Sabbath. Jeeezus, just watching the VU-meters jumping up and down - this is AUDIO PORN, my friends!
